MapQuest Developer is a platform of location intelligence APIs and SDKs for adding geocoding, routing, search, and mapping to software products. Two JavaScript SDKs are provided: MapQuest.js for building interactive maps with geocoding, directions, and traffic, and PlaceSearch.js for predictive place search built on the Search Ahead API. The directions and matrix APIs support truck-specific routing constraints such as vehicle height, weight, and hazmat restrictions, along with live traffic factoring and appointment-window sequencing for multi-stop routes.
