BigDataCloud's Phone and Email Verification API is a package of REST and GraphQL endpoints for validating and standardising phone numbers and email addresses. It includes RFC-compliant email syntax checking, domain and MX record validation, and disposable-email detection, alongside phone number validation that normalises numbers to the E.164 international format and identifies line type (fixed-line, mobile, VoIP, toll-free, or premium rate). A separate endpoint validates phone numbers using the submitter's IP address to infer the expected country instead of requiring an explicit country code.

The package is aimed at applications that need to catch bad contact data at the point of entry, such as signup forms, checkout flows, and CRM systems, to reduce bounced emails, failed OTP delivery, and fraudulent signups. All three REST endpoints, plus a GraphQL interface for querying multiple endpoints in one round-trip, are available on every pricing tier.

Plans are usage-based by monthly request volume: a free tier (1,000 requests/month), Bronze at $9.95/month (10,000 requests/month), Silver at $79.90/month (100,000 requests/month), and Gold at $649/month (1,000,000 requests/month), each with optional per-10k overage pricing. All plans include GraphQL access and a 99.999% SLA.
