The API uses bearer token authentication, with tokens generated through the account's API Settings page.

The API includes analytics endpoints covering raw logs, timeline data, browser/OS/device breakdowns, popularity by weekday and hour, top traffic sources, top languages, and location-based data, along with controls to enable or disable analytics collection and sharing per link. A bulk processing endpoint set supports creating batch requests and checking their status and reports.
