IPWho is an IP geolocation API that returns location, timezone, currency, connection/ISP, user-agent, and security (VPN, Tor, threat level) data for a given IP address in a single JSON response. It supports single-IP lookups as well as a bulk endpoint that resolves a comma-separated list of IPs in one call. The API runs on independent network infrastructure (the Lavrox network) rather than a resold cloud provider, with origin points in 16 cities across 6 continents and edge acceleration in over 300 additional cities.

The service is aimed at developers integrating IP data into applications, offering a single endpoint and API key, along with Python, PHP, and TypeScript SDKs. All response fields, including location, network, company, currency, and security data, are available on every plan, including the free tier.
