The API is accessible in three ways: a keyless trial endpoint that requires no account or API key for testing selected routes, a free Basic plan with 15,000 monthly call credits and 50 requests per minute for personal use, and paid production plans (Builder, Startup, Growth, Professional, and Enterprise) for commercial use with higher limits and longer historical depth. An AI Agent Hub with MCP-based endpoints is also available for connecting AI agents to CoinMarketCap data.
