Canopy is an API that provides real-time Amazon product data, including pricing, reviews, sales estimates, and stock status, sourced from Amazon.com listings without requiring approval through Amazon's own Product Advertising API or Selling Partner API. It covers over 350 million products across more than 25,000 categories, offering product details (pricing, Buy Box data, images, variants, descriptions), search and ranking data (keyword search results, best sellers, deals, new releases, category browsing), and reviews. Access is available through REST and GraphQL endpoints, as well as an MCP server and Skills for AI agents, all under a single API key.

It is aimed at developers and companies building applications or AI agents that need Amazon product, pricing, or review data at scale. Pricing includes a free tier (100 requests per month), a pay-as-you-go plan starting at $0.01 per additional request, a Premium plan at $99+/month with 20,000 included requests and $0.008 per additional request, and custom enterprise pricing for higher volume or dedicated support. Volume discounts apply automatically as usage grows.
