About Basketball Highlights API

The Highlightly Basketball API provides real-time basketball data, including live scores with quarter-by-quarter breakdowns, video highlights, team statistics, standings, predictions, head-to-head data, and last five games results, across more than 340 leagues such as the Euroleague, ACB, BBL, LNB, Lega A, NBL, CBA, FIBA World Cup, and WNBA. Endpoints cover countries, matches, highlights, leagues, teams, bookmakers, odds, standings, and match statistics.

Access is available through Highlightly directly or through RapidAPI, with separate, unsynced accounts on each platform; RapidAPI does not offer custom plans or long-term plan discounts. API requests require an API key and, when used via RapidAPI, an additional host header, with rate limits communicated through response headers. Responses are returned only in JSON format.

The API is intended for developers building applications that need basketball data and video highlights, such as scores, statistics, and match coverage across a wide range of leagues.
