The TransLink Open API provides developer access to data covering the regional bus network, bus service operations, and the major road network in Metro Vancouver. Access requires registration for an API key through the developer portal, which also provides login access for existing accounts.

Data is available through the General Transit Feed Specification (GTFS), offered in both static and real-time formats, covering public transportation schedules and associated geographic information. A separate Real Time Transit Information (RTTI) Open API previously existed but has been deprecated and is no longer available.

The API is intended for developers building applications that incorporate TransLink's transit and road network data. Use of the API is governed by TransLink's published Terms of Use.
