TheirStack's Job Postings API provides access to job listing data aggregated from over 354,000 sources, including career pages, job boards, and applicant tracking systems such as Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, and Workable. It covers 229 million jobs across 195 countries, with historical data going back to 2021. The API offers two main endpoints: one for searching jobs by criteria such as title, location, seniority, salary, technology, and company, and another for retrieving all active job postings for a company by domain.
Job data is deduplicated, with listings that appear across multiple platforms consolidated into a single result. Postings are enriched with normalized fields including salary (min, max, currency, period), standardized location data, and job descriptions converted to Markdown. Each listing can include company data such as size, industry, funding stage, revenue, location, and tech stack, drawn from a database of 11 million company profiles across 238 countries. Where available, hiring manager information (name, role, LinkedIn profile) and original source URLs from company career pages are also included.
The API is intended for teams building sales intelligence, recruiting, competitive intelligence, or job board products.
