StayingAPI is a REST and MCP API that provides availability, search, and cross-platform price data for short-term rentals and hotels, unifying Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and Google Hotels under a single normalized JSON schema. Core endpoints include search (cross-platform property discovery), price-compare (resolves one property to every OTA's total price for given dates, with minimum and median rates computed server-side), and availability (per-night bookability, minimum-stay, and check-in/check-out flags for a known listing). Requests are authenticated with a bearer token and billed in credits per call; failed or bad-data calls are not charged.

The API is built for both direct integration and AI agents, offering a native MCP server with OAuth 2.1/PKCE, cursor pagination, and a typed SDK with Zod schema validation.
