JobsPipe provides a single API that aggregates job postings from more than 30 applicant tracking systems and job boards, including Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Indeed, Glassdoor, BambooHR, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, and LinkedIn. Postings from these sources are normalized into one JSON schema, with salary ranges parsed into structured min/max/currency values, locations resolved to city, country, and coordinates, a remote/hybrid/onsite flag inferred from the posting, and duplicate listings across sources collapsed into a single record while retaining each original source ID. Data refreshes daily, with faster refresh intervals available on paid tiers, and changes can be delivered via HMAC-SHA256-signed webhooks or pulled as a daily diff feed showing jobs opened, closed, retitled, or updated.

The service is aimed at developers building job boards, recruiting tools, ATS integrations, or AI agents that need to search or analyze job postings without maintaining their own scrapers or deduplication logic. It offers official SDKs for Python and Go, a CLI, and an OpenAPI specification, and supports MCP so agents like Claude or Cursor can query it directly after installing a skill/CLI package and setting an API key. Authentication uses a Bearer token, and OAuth 2.0 metadata with jobs:read and stack:read scopes is discoverable for agent use.
