Helipaddy provides an API giving access to a database of helicopter, eVTOL, and UAV landing sites, covering over 12,000 sites across 60 countries with roughly 100 new sites added per month. Data includes location, landing details, landing and fuel fees, contact information, exact coordinates, and aviation obstacles, and can be filtered to suit different applications. API access is granted manually through an application process and is not guaranteed.

The API is intended for use in online helicopter booking platforms, HEMS (helicopter emergency medical services) programs, avionics tools for flight planning and journey briefing, and UAV/eVTOL applications needing moderated landing site data.

Access is offered in three paid tiers: Demo ($1/month, 30 req/min, 200 req/hour, 1,000 req/day, sandbox data only, endpoints GET /sites, GET /sites/nearest, and GET /usage), Growth ($99/month, 90 req/min, 1,200 req/hour, 12,000 req/day, with per-partner radius and result-limit tuning for production use), and Scale ($299/month, 240 req/min, 4,000 req/hour, 50,000 req/day, with custom limit tuning by agreement). The Demo tier's $1/month fee is described as an application screening subscription rather than instant activation, and the /sites/{id} endpoint plus category scope are enabled per partner approval.
