Quote Garden is a REST API for quotes, with a database of more than 75,000 entries. It provides endpoints to retrieve a random quote, fetch multiple quotes with pagination, and list all available genres and authors. Requests can be filtered by author, genre, query text, and paginated using page and limit parameters.

An npm package is available for integrating the API into Node.js projects. The project originated from an internal need for the Achieve Chrome Extension and was subsequently published for public use.

The API is suited for developers building applications that display or work with quotes, such as browser extensions, bots, and motivational or quote-sharing tools. It is released under the MIT License, and the maintainer accepts community contributions and feedback.
