The Czech Data Portal is the National Open Data Catalog (NKOD) for the Czech Republic, operated by the Digital and Information Agency. It provides a searchable registry of open government datasets, applications built on that data, and the publishers (public administration bodies) who release it, alongside local catalogs maintained by individual publishers.

The site supports both data publishers and data users: publishers can register datasets, register or validate local catalogs, and register applications that use open data, while users can browse datasets, applications, and publisher listings, and submit suggestions for data they would like to see opened. It also tracks data quality across the catalog and maintains a news archive covering developments in the Czech open data ecosystem.

Site content is licensed under CC BY 4.0, and the underlying web platform is published on GitHub. The portal was developed through OPZ-funded projects, with expansion of the number of public administration bodies publishing open data co-financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility.
