About Library Management

Library Management System API is a backend project built with Node.js and Express that provides CRUD functionality for managing books, authors, users, loans, and reviews in a library system. It includes modules for user registration and login, book borrowing and return tracking, and book review management, with each module exposing a set of REST endpoints.

The API also supports file uploads via Multer, allowing users to upload profile pictures and books to have cover images attached. Standard HTTP response codes (200, 404, 500) are used across endpoints.

This is aimed at developers building or learning backend systems for library or lending applications, and could serve as a reference implementation or starting point for similar CRUD-based APIs.
